  • 东北浪汉：该酒店疫情防控到位，严格按照要求进行防疫审查，扫描二维码考察旅客行踪非常认真，并严格要求旅客佩戴口罩。我按要求住进了旅馆，但是在就餐时发生了问题，服务人员要求我再次扫描二维码，显示我在一个月前去过北京，这一点引起了服务人员的充分注意，经过层层请示，餐厅主任拒绝了我们的就餐要求，并因此双方发生了争执。上级规定十四天内去过北京的人要隔离，而我已经离开北京一个月有余了，为什么这样对待我们？最后经过反复交涉才同意在客房内就餐。服务人员按照点餐送来饭菜，好吃与否不重要，只是服务人员送餐时穿着防护服，带着大口罩和护目镜，全副武装，仿佛我们是疫病患者一般。这种机械化的过火防疫行为让我们感到好笑而且无奈。餐厅主任的责任心无可厚非，而这种机械化的防疫行为令我失望。
  • 会员780f：这家酒店设施比较陈旧，屋内的中央空调也不好用，由于天气炎热，只能把房间窗户打开希望凉爽的空气能够进入客房内。然而，温度没有降下来，铺天盖地的马达轰鸣声传入屋内创击着住客的耳骨，让人无法入睡。当时订房间忽略了周围的噪音污染情况，等我忍耐着噪音挨到天明，我们已经该离开旅店了。
  • 会员780f：酒店比较老旧，房间也没有标注的40平方米那么大，但是管理到位，卫生保洁也很用功。特别是卫生防疫工作非常认真，一个月前我曾去过北京，这个引起旅店管理人员高度重视，尽管住进了旅馆，餐厅却不允许前往大堂就食。每天只能在房间吃饭，这一点让我很难理解，人家防疫部门规定，十四天内去过北京的人要隔离，而我都一个多月了，为什么还要隔离。拗不过餐厅主任，我只能在客房就餐了，这一点让我感到不爽，但是为了安全起见，只能委屈自己了！
